Sunderland has a comprehensive bus network. Most city-centre bus routes will drop you within a short walk of Fawcett Street. The main bus stops near the city centre transport hub are a few minutes walk from the café.

The nearest metro station is Sunderland Metro Station, which is also the central train station. From the station, it's a very short walk (3 minutes). Use the alternative exit (not the one with the escalator), use the street exit in which the lift faces at the top of the stairs, turn right, head towards Barclays bank, turn left, then left again, walk along Fawcett Street. The café will be on your left-hand side.

Wendy's Place is on Fawcett Street, a main road in the city centre. There are several car parks nearby, including:

Bridges Shopping Centre Car Park: This is a large, multi-storey car park a few minutes walk from Fawcett Street.

On-street Parking: There is some on-street parking in the surrounding streets, but this may be limited.

If you're already in the city centre, Fawcett Street is one of the main thoroughfares.. Wendy's Place is located opposite the large Flannel store near the top of Fawcett Street.
